Authentic Pakistani Chai Recipe
This authentic Pakistani Chai recipe can be made quickly and
easily on the stovetop. With just a few ingredients that you probably have on
hand, you can experience the domestic chai tea of Pakistan. Tips and tricks
included for the perfect cup!
There are many different brands you can find for making tea,
Tapal Danaydar, Lipton, Vital, Tetley and many more.
INGREDIENTS
1 Saucepan
2 Cups
½ Cups
Water
1 Cup Milk
2 Teaspoons
Lipton Tea
2 Teaspoons
Sugar of your choice
1 Stainer
- Depending on how many people you're preparing it for, add water and boil it. I do this for 2 people so I added 1/2 cup of water. ☕️
- After starting to boil, add any brank like Lipton tea. I added 2 teaspoons. (It depends on how dark you want) ☕️
- Let it boil after you add tea ☕️
- Add milk, depending on the strength of your tea, and let it boil ☕️
- Add sugar (depends on you, I added 2 teaspoons) ☕️
- Let it boil. Once it starts to boil, turn off the stove. Using stainer, put the tea in cups ☕️
- Here is delicious tea!! ☕️
